To register and maintain a valid Account on Asia99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

All deposits and withdrawals on Asia99 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by Asia99 for MYR transactions. Players using foreign-denominated payment methods may be subject to conversion rates applied by their payment provider, for which Asia99 accepts no responsibility.
Asia99 currently supports the following MYR payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Players must only use payment methods registered in their own legal name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Asia99 reserves the right to reverse transactions and suspend accounts where third-party payment methods are identified.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by Asia99 are subject to these general conditions as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) is clearly stated on each promotion page. Players must wager the total value of bonus funds (or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified) the stated number of times before any resulting funds become available for withdrawal.

Birthday bonus amounts — up to MYR 2,688 for VIP-tier members — are subject to tier verification and programme-specific wagering requirements.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction of residence.
